Recommend Medicine

So I have a really bad cold, nose runny and stuffed, throat hurting, head hurting, coughing and running a small fever. I am in the 1ST trimester (5 weeks to be exact) what are some safe medicines or remedies anyone recommend? Asking the pharmacist they told me to stay away from Mucinex, theraflu and robitusin while in the 1st trimester. So I’ve only been taking cough drops and Tylenol.
