Can someone help with my ovulation tests: I get so confused

Online it says ovulation occurs 24-36 hours after the first positive ovulation test. So does this mean I have finished ovulation once the tests are negative??

Wednesday morning was my peak test so looking at my most recent test tonight does that mean I have already ovulated? Or is there still a chance of ovulation as I’m within my 24-36 hour window from Wednesday.

I hope this makes sense and I’m not over complicating things🥴😂

Also do you think once I get my peak test then I should stop testing?? I don’t know how this works and we have been ttc for years lol 😂
