Exercise during 6weeks pregnant
How much do you exercise when you are in your 6weeks?
I used to take baths yoga class 4 times a weeks and now I’m taking a break since I was told using core and twisting is a no no.
But I can feel I’m losing muscles and I really miss exercising. Prenatal yoga on YouTube is just a stretching.
What kind of exercise do you recommend? Or do you do daily?
