I need help

So I started my period on Sunday. Well I saw bleeding there was a little blood so I thought great I've started. Since Monday I've literally been seeing little specs of blood nothing yesterday and today. I'm really scared to do a test just incase it says negative. I also have pcos. What shall I do? what is going on. 😳
