How many cm were you dialated at your 37+ week appointment?

I was 1cm today at my check up, last pregnancy around this time I was 4cm 😶 I'm disappointed lol

Dilation means absolutely nothing unless you're in active labor, try not to stress about it.

0 but went into full-blown labor at 37+5. Same happened to me with my first… was not dilated at all at my 39 week appointment but was having back-to-back contractions by the next morning. 🤷🏻‍♀️

I'm 40+1 weeks and never been check yet. No bloody show or contractions..nothing at all.
