I only have back pain bc of my first c section the epidural fucked my back up so every time I'm pregnant it makes it worse I'm 12w now and it's unbairable 😵‍💫🫠

I have back pain now and I’m 10 weeks but at 4 weeks my back was killing but it went away and came back 2 days ago. I sleep with a pillow behind my back or you can take Tylenol if it’s unbearable.
