Spoiled or high lipase

Hello baby is ebf but I thawed a bag of 6 month old milk and it smelled exactly like spit up. There was no changes to the appearance of the milk. Is this actually spoiled milk or is it just high lipase what do you think? Baby didn’t drink it because he doesn’t like bottles anymore

-milk was in chest freezer

-pump parts were always sterilized for each use
