Curious question but does anyone else have the issue of glow/<a href="https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.glow.android.eve">eve</a> not syncing? And is there any way to fix it?

I've been using glow for the last 8 years and even whilst I was pregnant however I've now decided <a href="https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.glow.android.eve">Eve</a> makes more sense for tracking periods since glow removed the "xyz days til next period" and predictions from the main page which is the feature I use the most. I just wanna track and know when I'm due without having to dig for it. Considering you can log in to each app with the same email and it pulls up your profile I'd have expected it would pull over information linked with that account no? And well.. Considering its a massive paywall app you'd think for the price they ask... Synchronisation across apps would be a basic feature...?
