Last night my neighbors complained about my puppy digging holes in the shared backyard. They said that my puppy is killing the grass. When I see him digging holes I tell him to stop and I cover the hole with my foot. He then goes to a new spot and digs there… how do I get him to stop? He’s 19weeks. He does know commands but no, he does not always listen. He’s very stubborn.
