What is this?

This just randomly appeared on the side of my leg. Doesn’t hurt or itch. Looks like bruising. I haven’t bumped into anything or slept funny or anything like that. Any ideas? I also have 2 much smaller patches that look like this on my body. One on my back on the same side, and the other on my other thigh. What could this be??

Yes. I call it blood bruising. It happens to me on my arms sometimes when like I am carrying groceries or something. It should clear up in a day or two
