2 months no AF BFN

I’m so lost, I haven’t had a period since September, I have been taking test and they are all negative but as time goes in I find I have more and more pregnancy symptoms.

Sore breast, frequent peeing, headaches, and random spouts of nausea no vomiting but have been close a few times.

Anyone have any insight on what is going on or why I’m testing negative and not getting a period, it’s so frustrating.

I have a doctors appointment Tuesday but I don’t even know what tests to ask for.

Please help been ttc for over a year now :(
