Hi I’m currently 29 weeks pregnant I’ve noticed a few odd things and would like to know if this is normal this will be my first little one

Left side below my boob I’ve noticed a dull pain and pressure I have no idea what it could be or what it could be cause by I have also experienced weird neck pain but in the front where my jaw and throat are

My blood pressure is super spratic it feels like it’s getting higher and I feel a pressure build up in my head but when I check my DIA is low what does that mean what can cause it and what is too low?
