Have you experienced ovulation pain post partum?
I’m now 7 months postpartum and I’ve been noticing I get cramp like feelings but not near my period. I checked my cycle the last two times and noticed I was in my fertile window. I had no idea ovulation pain was a thing, I’ve NEVER had someone tell me about this. I thought I was getting a female blue balls or something 🤭😂
I’m curious to know, for those who have experienced ovulation pain, how did it happen for you? Is it permanent? Is it every cycle?
