Can the bleeding happen 14 days (ish) after conception? I had cramping about 5 or 6 dpo. 2 weeks later, I am on day 5 of a missed period, had a negative test 2 days late, 4 days late I had mild cramping and later in the day I thought I was starting my period, was.just cm, but when I wiped I had some sticky/stringy very faintly blood tinged cm, was kinda pink/brown more pink though. Today is day 5 and I have again slight cramps but no period (yet)

Is/was implantation possible or will AF likely show any time now? Not actively trying but not preventing either, so I'm not too bothered either way this is just abnormal lol.
