Strong smell from vagina

So I'm a pretty heavy teen and as of late I've been noticing a really strong smell and alot more grease and dirt on and around my vagina and it's really worrying because of me being fat and having a very high body temperature that it will either make the smell worse or cause an infection and was wondering if anyone had any tips on how to deal with it or products that work and I've already seen my doctor but she just ignored me
