Hi, so I recently stopped taking birth control (pills) and I had a very prolonged period last month and I also took a blood test and a few pregnancy test but when I took the blood test I was kind of spotting but then i would bleed a lot but then i would spot again. Idk I think i’m paranoid about it!! And now i started spotting and i was 11 days late this month so idk if im period spotting or implantation bleeding!! anyone pls help!!!

Getting off BC can cause irregularities to our cycles for a few months. Implantation bleeding is rare and wouldn’t be happening at 11 days late, it’s your period trying to start.

Your body is probably just trying to adjust to you not being on the pill anymore. Getting on a birth control and then off a birth control can mess with your cycle. So I dont think its pregnancy, and if you still think it is you can wait and see if your next period skips and take another test.
