I would maybe try naturally with tracking for a few cycles (3-6?) then talk to a fertility specialist if it doesn’t work out or multiple losses.

A friend of mine tried for multiple years to have children with multiple miscarriages and was told she could never have children because her body would not support it. She stopped trying and was not using protection and at 37 found out she was pregnant with twins their healthy as can be and are now almost 3. Do what you think is right and what you want!
