Period & ovulation question

I was wondering if there's a chance of getting a false positive OPK and your period being off because of that. Like for example I ovulated cd14 (sept 19) my period should be fri/sat. This is my first cycle since my bleeding stopped aug 7th from my MC and my period was sept 6-11.
