I had the saline infusion sonohysterogram done 6 days ago. I could swear she called it SIS, but online it says the procedure is called SHG. It was SOO painful that I tapped out by the time she got to the HSG portion to also check my tubes. Now I keep getting these sharp pains several times a day, like a cross between UTI pain and cramps, but then it fades. I’m also spotting brown blood, but I also started NuvaRing 13 days ago and spotting is normal with the BC so I’m unsure it’s related. Has anyone experienced cramping this far past HSG/SIS/SHG? Maybe it gave me a mild UTI? Advice please (other than “call the dr”… they can’t see me for 1.5 days and I’m not paying for urgent care)
