Can I give baby breastmilk that has been stored for 3 years?

My baby is crying. Run out of frozen milk. My breast has no milk, stores are closed. I have milk from my first child that I wanted to use for a bath. Can I give that to baby? Internet says 1 year but have a screaming child. Baby is 4 months. Have not given him solids yet. Should I just smash an apple for him? Running out of options.

UPDATE:

You guys are the best. I Was devastated, thanks for the quick responses. Am based in Europe so where I live, the closest shop open on a Sunday is FAR. My toddler just had an operation on Friday and am alone so driving far with a screaming baby and sick child was stressing me out I went with putting baby on the breast and he has finally slept. Now am stress eating and drinking hoping to produce milk before he wakes up. First thing am doing tomorrow is buy formula. Thanks all for being kind because am aware of how bad feeding such milk / apple sounds. It means a lot to me because am STRESSED and gentle responses online are not a guarantee. Sometimes life throws everything at you all at once. To answer a qn, My breasts feel empty and when I pump, drops come out and it hurts because am trying to use max to express milk. Thus believing am running dry. My baby ain't happy with 4oz.
