Hey guys. My baby will turn 5 months on 30th. Unfortunately my milk seems not to be enough anymore. Baby cries after I give him pumped milk and it gets done and he wants more. Have been giving 150mls....2 bags each feed and now I have run out of frozen milk. My breasts ain't producing as fast no matter what I try. Should I just throw in the towel and buy formula or should I just go to meals as baby is already 4 months. I wanted to exclusively breast feed until 6 months. Am confused about what I should do. Baby does bring back milk when he feeds which could be he is getting a lot. But still wants more. I know fed is best. But I fear supplementing will harm my supply even more.
