I think I have the flu 😅

Hey guys so I’m 27 weeks pregnant and pretty positive I have the flu, I’m not sick sick, I just have a horrible cough, my chest hurts from coughing, I have body aches, and a fever of 101.3. Should I wait it out or should I call my on call doctor? I was gonna go to urgent care but I don’t know if it’s necessary
