I need someone to tell me how to make a frozen scuba at home!!

Earlier this year, a biggby had opened up right across from my apartment and I would get a frozen scuba a couple times a week. I just moved an an hour away a couple months ago, so now I can only get one a couple times a month at most. I need to know how to make them at home!

I tried looking on tiktok to see if anyone posted it, but the only videos I'm seeing don't tell you what the ingredients are. They just show themselves making it.
