I have a son and I have been doing everything for him I'd like him to help I have him clear his plate, clean up after his play area, sweep up his crumbs put his clothing in the hamper and today I asked him to help me with something and he has noticed the size difference between us I'm a mom I'm not overweight but I'm not skinny he's slender and he's seven years old today he shouted at me you are fat that's why you can't do anything you are so fat you can't do anything that's why you always need my help I'm tired of helping you help yourself. I do so much around the house it just brought me to tears

It's a bullet to my heart I asked where he heard that and he said he didn't hear it before he just wanted to say that because he thinks it's true.

What conversation can I talk to him about everything? From how to use your words to bullying not calling people fat, to doing good deeds being a good citizen volunteering helping, to cleaning up after himself and why that's important why chores are important why it's important to have clean clothes a clean house not chips all over the floor.
