My toddler sleeps on my chest..
My baby turned 1 year old a few weeks ago. Since birth she’s nursed to sleep. She still nurses to sleep for naps and bedtime and nighttime wakings. Her bed is right up against ours and I roll over to put her back to sleep and sometimes (most nights) sleep with her. She sometimes falls asleep on my chest like when she was a little baby (🥰 awww) but she is heavy now haha. I roll her off onto her side while she’s sleeping but she climbs right back up sometimes. Eventually she ends up on the bed but it can be a long dance sometimes. And right now during nap, I cannot sneak my nipple out of her mouth without waking her so I’m captive. Any suggestions? Or any input? How long does this naturally last? Age 2? (I should also add that she is getting over her first illness so she’s a little more clingy right now, as far as the not letting go of my nipple currently). When did your baby stop nursing to sleep (without sleep training)?
