Anyone dealing with extremely painful hemorrhoids? I'm 3 years PP but they are still just awful and today is REALLY bad. Not sure what set it off but they are on fire and hurt soo bad. It feels like literal needles. Mine never itch or anything they just sometimes get extremely irritated. I hate them so much 😭 Does anyone have any suggestions on what to do for them? Or has anyone had theirs removed? That's where I'm at. They haven't gotten any better in 3 years.
