Advice/ help please

Could someone please help so I have been having this happen all day when I wipe I have the implant but had a misscarage about 1 1/2 to 2 months ago so idk if this is implantation or something else should I call my gr and get blood work or wait and take a test when my husband gets paid bc I don't have a "normal schedule" any advice will help! I have a 14month old
