When you set an alarm to wake up do you set the minute

So this is probably a weird question I more just wanted to bring it up as a topic but didn't know where to put it.

I feel like most people when setting an alarm to wake up if not setting on an hour (ie 8:00 am), half hour (8:30) or quarter hour (8:15, 8:45) in the least do it on a 5 or 10 minute marker (8:05, 8:10, 8:20, 8:25 etc)

I don't really know why but at least all of my adult life I normally set my alarms for any other number but 5 or 0. Like tomorrow I know I have to be up around 8:30 so I set my alarms for 8:21 and 8:32 (I also never use snooze just set anothet alarm or 2.) I guess it just gives the feeling of sleeping a little longer even if it is only a minute or 2 haha.

Though also quite frankly most days I wake up before my alarm even if I have to wake up earlier than usual as then I'm worried about sleeping past and can't get good sleep anyhow.
