I am 19F, sexually active and on the pill.

I haven’t had my period in a while and two days ago I started getting bright red vaginal bleeding and cramps even though I was taking my active pills still everyday.

Today, I passed a large clot (first photo) which definitely contained some kind of tissue.

Just then, another clot came out as well (second photo).

I took an at-home pregnancy test a few hours ago and it was negative.

Please help. This is stressing me out.
