Weight gain
I truly am trying to be healthy and not stress over weight as I know it comes along with pregnancy but this baby is different than my other 3. I’m almost 9 weeks and have put on 5 pounds already 🤦🏻♀️ what are you guys finding that helps? Food prep, exercise. I have not been crazy sick but will get waves of nausea so eat carbs as that’s what sounds good. I’m petite and only gained 15-20 in prior pregnancies. If anyone has suggestions I’m open to them. thanks!
