My little one is 5.5 months old. We’re wanting our kids to be close in age, so we’ve decided to start trying again. LO gets a mix of breast milk and formula- probably an 80/20 ratio during the day, formula in the evening, and I breast feed him overnight if he wakes up.

My period hasn’t returned yet. My question is how the heck do I tell if I’m ovulating if I don’t have a period? I’ve read that EBF is a natural birth control method, but again, not EBF.

I’ve started to take BBT, but LO wakes up at least once overnight, so is that even accurate?
