11 months - 1 nap

Is 11 months to o young for 1 nap?

My daughter might be the worst sleeper ever, she refuses her crib and refuses naps. She's 21 lbs and is breastfeed. I sit her down for meals 3 times a day (not the best solid eater either, also always refused bottles, very strong character). So is 11 months too young for 1 nap?

She has never slept through the night and she starts out sleeping in her crib but wakes up 45 mins after i lay her down every single night.

Please help!
