Should I quit my diet

Miranda

I’ve lost 90 pounds in 5 months so far and I am still.called.fat.every.single.day.of.my.life. I just had a couple moo at me in the streets yesterday when I actually built up the confidence to go out in something that wasn’t baggy for the first time in my life, and it motivated me to eat even less than I already was. Yes I realize that I am in the 210’s and my waistline is 28 inches now and that is still overweight and unhealthy for my height (5’4), but I can honestly say my health has amazingly improved and I am experiencing no health effects from my weight as I once was other than having really bad skin. My therapist who was the first one to try to get me to lose weight even said I look skinny now. My mom thinks I have anorexia because of how rapid I lost the weight, how I only eat once a day, that I look skinny, have 0 health issues, and because of counting calories but I don’t take her that seriously when it comes to weight loss because she said I was “not that big and only needed to lose 10-20 lbs” when I was pushing 300 pounds and swore that even though I had high cholesterol and a BMI of 52. I am still in the 210’s as previously stated, I am still fat just not as fat now. Maybe I do carry my weight well and look skinny and have an ED an/or body dysmorphia because I’ve never heard of anyone losing that much weight that quick especially considering the fact I only did the treadmill daily for around 2 months then stopped and haven’t since and have an inactive job, but I seriously seriously doubt that. There is nothing about you that is skinny when you are 200+ and only 5’4. Improvement does not equal completion. I also genuinely doubt that I would constantly be told im fat if it wasn’t an issue. I just feel like o seriously need the people around me to stop trying to comfort me and be more diligent but maybe I’m wrong. I will gladly send more photos of me if you want a better idea of where I am on my weight loss journey.
