10 days late

My tracker says I’m 10 days late. My partner and I had sex a few weeks ago after getting together with friends and drinking. I had just finished my period when it happened. I have the nexplanon implant. He ended up cuming in me. After that happened I started to have some bleeding. How effective is the nexplanon? I took a test the other day and it was negative, like nothing showed up close to being positive.
