Is this trying to tell me something? Lol

So I cut up an orange bell pepper to find a small pepper inside with a little one growing out of it😳. We're not ttc ,but also are not trying to prevent anything. We have sex about every other day and I don't track anything due to us not ttc. Has anyone had a weird thing like this happen and end up pregnant? Haha baby dust ladies
