I would talk to you gp or a dermatologist. Better safe than sorry. Plus, they might be able to prescribe something or give you instructions to clear them up :)

Sorry for the ugly photo.. but they itch I noticed and they itch a lot.. I can itch it all day and no relief… it scabs up and sometimes bleeds… I’m worried anyone know what these could be?they keep appearing in new and random spots
