Public school, Homeschool or Private School?

Are you Homeschooling your children, sending them to public or private school? What influenced your decision on the type of schooling you chose or will chose for your children?

Homeschool 💯 with the state of this world I don’t trust schooling not being done by me. I don’t trust that my children are safe unless they’re with me or their dad. I’ve seen some horrible things and I want better for my kids!

My child attend a private Jewish School. We choose a private Jewish School mainly because the holidays suit us better and I like that they can learn Hebrew.

My daughter goes to public school. She loves it and I also do not have the patience to homeschool. Plus I have a 1 year old and both my husband and I work full time, so homeschool is just not an option for us at the moment.

I went to public school and will be sending my kids to public school as well. Maybe because I went to a great public school, I never understood why they are seen as less than. I think the school district I’m in has a lot of really great opportunities to foster academic, social, and emotional learning. We have a lot of great academic programs, including a STEM high school.

Private jewish school, I think public school education is terrible and they are pushing an agenda I don't want my children exposed to (I went to public school). In addition, my children getting taught about our religion is important to our family.

I don’t think I could send my kids to public…I am looking forward to homeschooling when my daughter is old enough. I’m a SAHM so I feel like there’s no reason not to try. If one day my kids say they want to go to school then I’ll let them.

My oldest went to private school for K-1st, we also looked at public school. I wasnt happy with the experience and neither was he. I saw his love of learning decline! Ive been homeschooling him and his siblings ever since (hes 10 now).

We'll be homeschooling. We lobe in my husband's home town and it's really small. One elementary, one Jr. High, and one high school. No colleges. I saw the kind of education offered in this school district and I know it's not what I want for our children. I can provide a much higher quality education than this crap school district. Our children are currently 2 and 1, but I already have a BUNCH of homeschool materials. I have a degree in early childhood education so I am certainly qualified.

I send my kids to public school because I'm not organized or patient enough to homeschool them. Plus, it gets them outta my hair for 8 hours everyday. Lol they're 12, 8, 6 & 2. Obviously the toddler stays home with me
