Birth trauma
I went to the health department in my county for prenatal care. They put my son at risk for death. I wish I could sue but don't have the money. I had high blood pressure and they kept lying to me about it saying it was "normal" even though it wasn't. Went in to talk to the doctor and she told me that I was getting induced that day. I had to have my water broken which had a lot of mecronium , take a pill to help dilate and was also put on pitocin. I got dilated to 5cm and that was it. Had to have an emergency c section and started to feel everything on my left side so they put me to sleep after my son was born, thankfully I went out after he had his first cry that felt like forever. My son was born weighing 5lbs 11oz... He also had trouble with his sugar level since he was so small. He came home with me on time and now he is a big baby boy and the most beautiful I've ever seen (gotta be biased of course lol). Things are so much better now but I still have so much trauma from this experience and I am grateful that he is healthy and alive but I still hate that I couldn't have a natural birth like wanted since he is my first and last baby (had tubal ligation).
Edit: I didn't know how much I could type. Anyways, the doctor told me I could press charges since the nurses knew I had health problems and did nothing when I kept saying I knew something was wrong every time I had an appointment. I had gestational hypertension, blood sugar problems, really bad swelling in the hands and feet, and had too much)many aches and pains that weren't normal that still wasn't diagnosed. When they broke my water, there was a lot of mecronium in utero, I also had A- blood type which wasn't compatible. I have listed everything that was wrong my entire pregnancy.
