Okay so I’m freaking out (a lot) my baby is about to be 7 months next week and my milk supply seems to be plummeting.

I pump on night shift and for the last few months I’d get 18-21 oz in 15 hour periods.

Now I’m pumping and my first pump was 6.5 oz (usually 9-10oz) second pump was 4.5 Vs the usual 5 oz.

Is it pretty typical for supply to slowly decrease as they get closer to 1? Or could he be going through a growth spurt and eating more before I get into work which makes my first pump less?

I’m just curious if anybody else is experiencing this.
