BBT Help
We are in month 5 of TTC. This is my BBT chart. I got a positive OPK 2-3 days earlier than FF expected date. Now my temp has been going down since the positive. I don’t have a lot of data before the estimated ovulation. I wasn’t sleeping well because of some 2 m.5 year old sleep regression so I couldn’t temp properly.
What do y’all think? Did I even ovulate with my temps looking like this?
