I didn’t get a positive with my first until 18dpo and it was quite faint. My OB said it all depends when they implant.

If you ovulate later in your cycle. Sometimes your egg isn't ready and your body will delay ovulation until ready. So you will have 2 LH surges. The 2nd is true ovulation.
