St. Martins Day was celebrated for kids and parents at my child’s daycare. Had a tent for food and drinks. I observed the chaos in it while waiting 10 minutes in line and finally being my turn but ignored. Even one saying, people can wait after one of them suggested to cash out too since it’s a lot. I work in the restaurant Field so I Know Everything About stress, Chaos and working as a Team to make things happen

I left without getting anything. Now in the mom‘s group they send out Info about how much proceeds were made from the sales etc etc. I commented to please next time to organize and coordinate it better to avoid long waits for parents and kids. 2 of them who volunteer for the daycare jumped in to say maybe more parents need to help out so we can set up more tents for better service. I said, I understand there’s a lack of help and they are doing a great job. I’m just suggesting that even with 1 tent with 5 helpers is doable if they put a system with better coordination.. Having extra help and more tents will not fix the long wait . I gave McD‘s drive thru as a sample.

My husband made a big deal out of it now, he says not to engage in disagreements because now I’m probably labeled as a Bitch and our LO could end up Being bullied!!!!

I Said just Because I Made a Suggestion is this for real? So what do you guys think? Are you supposed to walk on egg shells just to avoid any bad things to My Child?

Before anyone suggests to volunteer, it’s not possible with 3 kids and maternity leave.
