Herpes or hemorrhoid?

This is a little personal but about 2-3 days I started having an itch back there. I have not seen any ulcers or any bumps back there. Though I had been feeling constipated since Saturday. I am also just recovering from an outbreak so I just wanted to know what it could. I’m trying to get on daily antivirals but my doctor said it’s only for recurrent ob. I will keep trying to insists. If anyone has any advice I’d really appreciate!

Unless I can actually feel a bump, I don’t believe I’m having an outbreak. Every now and then I’ll get a good itch back there but it goes away within a day, whereas an outbreak will last about a week.

Find a new doctor that’s absolutely shitty of them, I take antivirals daily and I don’t have outbreaks his/her reasoning is shitty it doesn’t just “go away”, it very well could have been one you shouldn’t have to make a trip to the doctor every single time though.
