Questions regarding frozen BM
Hey mama's I need some advice. I'm getting ready to wean off my pump completely and start using my freezer stash of BM. Frozen BM is good for 24 hours after thawing is that correct? I want to have my milk like thawed and ready to go in a bottle so I can just pop it in the warmer during the day. Or can I not do that?
I just don't want to waste any milk. This is all new to me since I usually just use fresh expressed BM or BM I've pumped that day.
