Second pregnancy?

So this is my second pregnancy, and I have not been to my first appointment yet. But I have a good idea on when I conceived and from that day I got a estimated due date. With that due date, this app tells me I’m about six weeks. With my first pregnancy I had terrible morning sickness and I have yet to feel any of that. I also am constantly having to go pee and I feel like I can eat constantly. Before being pregnant I weighed 98 pounds and was losing weight because I had no appetite and I had no desire to really eat, so I’m definitely gaining more weight right now because I am eating so much. I can’t tell if it’s because of the baby or if I’m just actually hungry now all of a sudden. I feel like I can already see a little bump and I didn’t have any bump with my first one until about five months along. I also didn’t eat constantly in the beginning with my first one like I feel like I am now with the second one. Do you usually show up sooner with your second one?
