Cramping after IUI

Had an IUI done today. And the dr didn’t have any problems inserting the catheter this time. It went right in, but been cramping the whole day. Has anyone had cramping after the iui and what causes this? I had 2 IUIs done before and none of them made me cramp like this.

My husbands sperm count was 6.6 million after wash. And 44 million before wash. I had 2 follicles one 21mm and other 17mm praying that it still works. 🤞🏾🙏🏾🤞🏾 has anyone conceived with low sperm count doing just an IUI,
