10 week symptom check?

I have had 2 other pregnancies. Yes I understand everyone is different..just hang tight.

I went in for an early ultrasound. Based on LMP I should have 6 or so weeks along. They saw NOTHING. No sac, no baby. So they measured my HCG and it was rising. They scheduled me for another US 2 weeks out and they finally saw baby! But when I thought I would have been 8 or so weeks they told me I was measuring 6. Can my cycle be THAT off??

So fast forward I’m 10 weeks now and haven’t had any more US but my symptoms are just gone. My boobs don’t hurt, not tired, not hungry (and I was starving) just nothing. I don’t feel pregnant AT ALL.

I guess just seeing others symptoms and experience with possible missed miscarriages.
