Menstrual cups????
hi- i want to start using a menstrual cup, so i bought the diva cup but i couldn’t figure out how to get it in. it kept on opening while i was still inserting it, and the area was a bit irritated for a day or so. i’ve been doing some research on which cup or disc i should try, but need some help picking one to start with!
