Vagina

Has anybody else vagina been different after they given birth ? I’m 1 year postpartum and haven’t been sexually active since I got pregnant. 4 months after giving birth I developed yeast Infection ok cool went to the obgyn and they treated it. 2 months later I kept peeing a lot and my pee was smelling weird I went to the obgyn and she said my urine looked normal. Then a month later I felt a lump on my vagina I went to the obgyn and she said it feels like a cyst that is not a concern unless it gets really big. And for the past few months I’ve had a fishy smell in my vagina but it comes and goes and there’s no other symptoms with it and I’m pretty tired of going to the obgyn and I leave looking dumb because she doesn’t see anything. So is like I only ever had all these problems when I was sexually active only before pregnancy so not sure what’s going on with my vagina lol and what can you recommend for a smelly vagina
