i have pcos and it’s the worst thing ever. i’m on my period and literally just bled all over the floor with blood running down my legs WITH a super plus tampon in

i feel movement in/near/around my uterus area almost like a bubbling which i assume is the cysts or something i’m not sure. it’s the oddest thing because it feels like a baby moving around and kicking. has anyone else experienced this?

also i know the uterus contracts during our periods but the contractions that i am having are long and extremely painful and regular. painful to the point of laying on the ground gripping my hair or the side of the bed or something.

please help. is any of this normal ??
